Overview of My Research

MY RESEARCH

I am a Molecular Cell Biologist specializing in cellular stress pathways and membrane trafficking, with a particular focus on Autophagy, ie. How the cell "digests itself". What I am most interested in is how protein-protein interactions and protein complexes affect molecular pathways, especially between and across membranes.

Short Bio

I am a Canadian/Belgian dual national currently living in Cambridge. I did my undergrad and PhD at the KU Leuven in Belgium, followed by a postdoc at the Francis Crick Institute in London. Currently I am working at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology in Cambridge.
